Adult Therapy

Life often presents us with significant challenges. At times we can feel overwhelmed, anxious or depressed. Therapy provides a safe and supportive environment in which to express yourself, gain insight about yourself and identify the steps you can take to create meaningful and lasting change.

Family Therapy

Healthy family relationships are essential to a fulfilling and happy life. Whether support is needed for parent-adolescent relationships, partners, or an entire family, therapy helps families to heal from life stressors, understand challenging behaviors, learn healthy communication, increase empathy and understanding, and strengthen relationships.

“I have been meeting with Tamara for a year and a half now for individual counseling regarding a troubled marriage. Her warmth, compassion, intelligence, and humor have helped me through what has been one of the most challenging times of my adult life. I feel very fortunate to have found her and consider her an exceptional therapist.” — K.H.

“My family worked with Tamara after my husband’s sudden death. She was incredible at involving and engaging all of my five children in each session. From my seven year old daughter to my thirteen year old son and all my children in between, we would always leave each session feeling better. Through creative games, pointed child centered questions and fun activities, Tamara helped our family understand and learn to feel better about the loss, the anger and the emptiness of our grief. We are very grateful to have been able to have Tamara help guide us in our healing.” — L.A.

”My husband and I were struggling with our 5 year old son’s behavior. Our household felt out of control and we were desperate for some direction. Tamara has helped guide us in the right direction through parent coaching and support. With her help and our hard work as home, we have seen huge improvements in our son and our household is a more peaceful environment.” — D.W.
